Delivery & Returns
The Door Handle Superstore (Top Gun Air Nailers Ltd) offers free 24 hour delivery to U.K. Mainland addresses except remote areas, on all orders over £65.00 inc VAT, £5.00 +VAT delivery charge for orders under £65.00.
Delivery of small items is via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and larger orders are sent via courier service. Please ensure someone is in attendance to sign for all deliveries as this is a strict requirement of both delivery services.
If any parcels being delivered look to be damaged this must be made clear to the delivery driver and noted on the delivery before signing acceptance.
All in stock orders will be dispatched same or next day after your order has been confirmed. For any items not in stock at the time of ordering details will be amended to your order to give estimation of dispatch/delivery timescale.
For Highlands of Scotland , all U.K. Islands and Northern Ireland orders, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for carriage cost to your address.
On delivery, please check contents of parcel carefully and notify us within 7 days of any shortages, damages or incorrect items.
The Door Handle Superstore (Top Gun Air Nailers Ltd) will accept returns within 7 days of delivery for full refund less carriage costs.
Returns are not accepted for Special Orders.
If goods are returned the refund will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee (minimum £10+VAT).
If you wish to return goods please contact us by e-mail stating name on the order, invoice number, date of purchase, product code of item(s) to be returned and reason for return.
Goods must be returned unused in original boxes or packaging with all fixings included. Please pack goods being returned carefully as any returns which are damaged, have parts missing or have damaged packaging will not be refunded as they are deemed unsuitable for re-sale.
No refund will be given for used goods or if not in original packaging or which have fixings missing.
Carriage for returned goods is not covered by The Door Handle Superstore (Top Gun Air Nailers Ltd) unless you are returning faulty or damaged goods. We advise that you insure goods being returned as we are not liable for goods which fail to reach us.
Returned goods will be checked on receipt and we will refund the value of the goods back to your credit/debit card through our secure server. Please write your name and invoice number on parcel being returned and send to -

RETURNING FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS
Notification must be given to us within 7 working days of delivery of any faulty or damaged goods received by you. If notification is not received within 7 working days, we shall have no liability to you.
If you wish to return goods please contact us by e-mail stating name on the order, invoice number, date of purchase, product code of item(s) to be returned and the nature of the damage/fault.
You will be given the choice of a full refund including carriage charge or a replacement to the same value. Once goods have been returned they will be checked and inspected and if found to be faulty/damaged a refund will be credited back to your credit/debit card used for payment.
Carriage cost to return faulty or damaged goods may be met by Top Gun Air Nailers Ltd at the discretion of the management after checking the order and goods.
